CHRISTMAS BAGS CRAFTS

At the artists' corner we are preparing and creating designs to decorate paper bags. We can print, cut and stick, draw, colour,...,whatever you can image will be a great idea to decorate a paper bag. Today, we are going to decorate paper bags with xmas papergift, pictures, buttons, laces,... Here you have some examples of what we can do:

Gustav Klimt

During these weeks, in the 3rd cycle artist coner we have been learning about the famous painter Gustav Klimt. We have been watching his most popular pictures such as the kiss, tree of life, the three ages of woman... we have also talked about the colours most used by him.

FI DE CURS

Això ja s'acaba...i des del racó d'artistes del 3r cicle hem decidit dedicar aquestes últimes sessions a preparar la decoració de l'escenari de la festa fi de curs. Estam fent cercles de colors per penjar de fons i hem pintat rodes per posar a l'escenari. Aquí teniu unes fotos del que estam fent.

Watercolours!!!

This time at 2nd cycle we have experimented with watercolours, we have seen what happens when we use watercolours on wet paper and how different it colours on dry paper; we also have observed what happens is we put salt when the paint is wet; finally, we have used white wax before painting to see what happens. After doing free paintings, we have drawn different flowers with bright and shiny colours.
Look at the results!!

DECORAM ELS BANYS DE L'ESCOLA

En aquesta ocasió ens hem proposat canviar la imatge dels nostres banys per fer-los més agradables i més polits!!! (Esper que no serveixi d'excusa per sortir de classe, jaja)
En la primera setmana de racons hem decicit començar pel bany de les boixes de dalt, entre tots hem decidit quins elements podiem incorporar, hem elaborat diferents propostes, hem triat les que ens han agradat més i, entre tots, les hem transformat en aferratines de molts colors per les portes i rajoles del bany.
Durant la segona setmana hem decorat el bany dels boixos de dalt. Vàrem decidir fer monstres de diferents formes i colors. També, a les rajoles, vàrem posar cercles de diferents colors.
La tercera setmana hem baixat a la planta de baix a decorar el bany dels boixos de 1r cicle. Ara sembla el fons de la mar amb peixos, submarins, corals, algues,..., i un vaixell pirata.
La quarta setmana hem decorat els banys de les boixes de baix. Ara gaudim d'un castell, una fada, un bosc i unes papallones, un cel blau i sol ben gros que ens fa dels banys un lloc més agradable.
El resultat ha estat millor de l'esperat i una gran sorpresa per tots els que han passat per allí i ja l'han vist.
Enhorabona a tots i totes!!! Us ha quedat genial!

FIL I AGULLA

En aquesta ocasió els alumnes del 3r cicle hem optat per dedicar-li unes sessions a crear amb aquest art que avui en dia tenim un poquet oblidat. Hem vist que amb fieltro i fils de diferents colors podem fer clauers, penjolls,..., i tot allò que la nostra imaginació ens deixi crear.
Ha estat una grata sorpresa veure que a tots els hi ha agradat!!!
A continuació, podeu veure'ns en acció i observar el que hem fet.

AFRICAN MASKS

We start a new activity at 2nd cycle!!!
This time we are going to be creative making different types of AFRICAN MASKS using recycled materials and other objects.
Our purpose is to create a carnival atmosphere in our corridors.

MOSAICS WITH TILES

At 2n cycle our second activity is called  MOSAICS.  We are making great pictures by sticking pieces of tiles onto a piece of wood.
First we prepare our design, then we stick the tiles with glue and finally, we refill de joints with grout. When it's dry, we just have to clean it.
